You may be asking yourself:

  1. CONFLICT PREPAREDNESS- Do you know how to handle disagreements before they spiral out of control?

  2. COMMUNICATION UNDER PRESSURE- Can you talk through tough moments without shutting down or escalating?

  3. BALANCING LOVE & INDEPENDENCE- How do we keep love alive while honoring each other’s priorities and personal space?

  4. TRUST & LONG-TERM CONNECTION- Are you building the kind of trust that will last beyond the wedding day?

  5. EMOTIONAL SAFETY- Do you feel truly seen, heard, and safe with your partner?

  6. SHARED VISION- Have you clearly defined what your relationship stands for and what it won’t?

  7. PAST HURTS IMPACT- Are old wounds shaping how you show up with each other today?

  8. UNDERSTANDING LOVE LANGUAGES- you understand how each of you gives and receives love, especially when things get tough?

  9. FULL FEELING OF LOVE- o you feel love emotionally, physically, and intimately or is something missing?

Premarital coaching isn’t about predicting the future. It’s about giving you tools and understanding to navigate it well together—from the first “I do” to decades of life shared.

    Bonus:

    • Personalized exercises for your unique relationship

    • Optional follow-up check-in after program completion

    • You love each other, but keep having the same arguments with no real resolution

    • You want to communicate better without turning every conversation into a therapy session

    • You feel more like co-managers of life than romantic partners—and want to change that

    • Trust feels shaky, guarded, or incomplete, even if there hasn’t been a major betrayal

    • You want clearer boundaries so issues don’t keep looping back around

    • You’re ready to deal with past baggage without re-litigating the entire relationship

    • You want more emotional, physical, and sexual connection—but don’t know how to talk about it

    • You value growth and self-awareness but prefer practical tools over endless insight

    • You want your relationship to feel lighter, safer, and more intentional

    • It focuses on process, not blame
Most couples don’t fail because they don’t care—they fail because they never learned how to talk when emotions run high.

    • It creates emotional safety first
Trust, transparency, and boundaries come before “fixing” anything—so real change can actually stick.

    • It addresses blind spots without shaming
Past experiences, family patterns, and attachment styles are explored with curiosity, not criticism.

    • It’s structured, but not rigid
You get a clear framework and practical tools, without turning your relationship into a checklist or homework factory.

    • It strengthens emotional resilience
Couples learn how to repair quickly, give feedback without defensiveness, and build gratitude into daily life.

    • It integrates emotional, physical, and sexual connection
Intimacy is treated as essential—not awkward, taboo, or optional.

    • It’s led by someone who’s lived it
This work is informed by real-life experience, not just theory—so it’s relatable, honest, and grounded.

    • It’s designed to make things feel lighter
Humor, perspective, and relief are part of the process—because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy to be effective.

    • Access to ongoing email support between coaching sessions

    • Opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, and share progress or concerns

    • Prompt responses and personalized guidance from an experienced coach

    • You are welcome to text for brief, non-urgent matters such as scheduling changes or quick updates. Texts will be responded to within 24 hours (usually same day).

    • Recommended reading materials, articles, and resources related to affair recovery and relationship healing

    • Referrals to additional support services, such as individual therapy or support groups, as needed
